When a collectible brand expands across borders, its operating model must keep up with the excitement customers see. Stores, online marketplaces, wholesale partners, warehouses, and vending machines each bring their own orders, inventory, and replenishment needs. Managing those channels across multiple entities adds another layer of complexity.

For POP MART, Hitpoint Cloud helped bring those moving parts together. Working with Oracle NetSuite, we supported an overseas operating model that connects online and offline channels and gives teams a more consistent foundation for international expansion. The work described below is based on Hitpoint’s published POP MART customer case.

One foundation for an international business

POP MART’s overseas business spans subsidiaries, wholesale distribution, cross-border ecommerce, retail stores, and automated retail machines. Each channel has different workflows, while local finance and tax requirements must also be considered.

Hitpoint helped design the overseas operating processes around NetSuite, covering wholesale distribution, ecommerce order processing and after-sales service, and the operation of stores and retail machines. A common approach to product master data—including SKUs, categories, product series, and packaging—supported coordination across channels.

The project also addressed the distinctive requirements of a collectible business. Its design included management of intellectual-property contracts and authorizations, merchandise selling-area restrictions, and regional wholesale and retail pricing. These details matter when product rights and channel rules vary across markets.

Connect the channels behind the customer experience

An order is only one part of a retail transaction. Teams also need the right information to move between sales channels, warehouses, finance, and other business systems.

Hitpoint’s integration work connected POP MART’s overseas operating environment with its distribution system, ecommerce platforms, third-party warehouses, store point-of-sale systems, automated retail machines, group master-data and accounting systems, and banking connection. The published case also describes the use of Hitpoint’s ecommerce integration product for functions including order, billing, after-sales, and inventory synchronization.

For a growing omnichannel business, the value of this work is practical: processes can be designed around the full journey of an order and the systems that support it. It also creates a basis for addressing differences between channels without treating each one as an isolated operation. Explore our approach to NetSuite integration.

Plan replenishment around each channel

The needs of a wholesale customer differ from those of a store, an ecommerce warehouse, or a retail machine. A single replenishment rule can miss the operational realities of each.

For POP MART, Hitpoint designed channel-specific supply-chain planning. The published case describes separate replenishment plans for ecommerce fulfillment and third-party warehouses, alongside a customized distribution requirements planning model for stores and automated retail machines. That model considered factors such as inventory on hand, replenishment frequency, and product sales characteristics.

The goal was to make replenishment planning fit the way each channel operates, while supporting coordination across the broader overseas supply chain.

An operating platform that can evolve

International expansion is not a one-time implementation. New markets, partners, channels, and product lines introduce new requirements. Hitpoint’s customer case describes ongoing senior-level collaboration to support business expansion and system optimization after the initial design and implementation work.

NetSuite’s global capabilities and flexible platform gave the project a foundation for multi-entity operations and integration. Hitpoint brought the process design, retail and distribution experience, and channel-specific planning needed to adapt that foundation to POP MART’s operating model. Build the foundation for your next stage

POP MART’s story illustrates a challenge many growing brands share: international growth depends on the work behind the storefront. Connecting entities, channels, inventory, and finance gives teams a clearer way to coordinate as the business changes.
